About Makeup by Katrin Levi
Hi! I am Katrin Levi and I have made Alliyah from Germany to Israel for the sake of love to my husband and the country in 2011 and I live in the heart of Netanya with my husband and my kids Luisa and Ben.
After over 10 years in a german insurance company I decided to switch careers. I was being pushed into the role of a makeup artist for a day on a friend's wedding in 2014.
After this enlightening experience I followed my dreams I didn't know before I had in me and have become a professional makeup artist.
I studied makeup at il.makiage in Tel Aviv 2014 and 2016 at Temptu Pro studio of Asher Cohen in Rishon Le Zion and of course I am also self-taught and gained retail experience at Bobbi Brown.
My approach to makeup is 'minimalistic' to enhance your individual beauty rather than covering it up in a thick layer of product.
My motto is: "Every woman is beautiful and with the right makeup they can be pretty powerful. - Bobbi Brown.".
I am always informing myself about new trends in the Makeup and Beauty industry and travel globally for further education to translate this knowledge into my own work and I developed some bulletproof techniques myself to customize my makeup to my client's individual needs.
I can help create custom colour schemes based on your natural colour palette and facial features and I offer modern application techniques such as airbrush makeup.
I set the highest standard for my makeup kit in terms of proper sanitation and I am following the general guidelines of the FDA and the state board of California because currently we don't have anything similar in Israel and I care deeply about the safety of each person sitting in my chair and I offer a truly luxurious service that not only includes the best makeup and skin care products you can buy in this world but also a sanitary handling of those products and always squeaky clean brushes.
Since half a decade I have the honour to make my clients look and feel their best for their special events. I work country- and worldwide for wedding services and photo shootings. I have a small studio in Netanya but I am also mobile delivering my expertise directly to your doorstep.
I also offer light hair styling to truly compliment your look from head to toe.
